2027 Senior Levy Application
Organizations seeking Senior Levy funding for 2027 are invited to complete the application below. Please provide clear, complete information about your organization, the services you are requesting funding for, and how those services will benefit older adults in Licking County. As a reference, we have linked the Senior Levy Funding Guidelines here.

Applications must be postmarked by October 30 and mailed to 1058 East Main Street, Newark, OH 43055. They may also be scanned and emailed.
